So, who am I?

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker turned psychotherapist turned Clinical Life Coach! The past 15 years of life have been a wild ride of grad school, career transitions, marriage ups and downs, kids, infertility, pandemic and aging parents. So kind of basic? And now that we are done having the kids and the career is stable and the pandemic is over (?) I clearly didn't know what to do with all my free time.... So I decided a major career pivot was in order! Let my years of education, clinical experience, fuck-ups and hours of parental anxiety help you navigate these life challenges!
